John joined Cornish & Carey Commercial in 1991 and his specialty is commercial & retail investments.
He is an experienced agent and has been recognized as one of Cornish & Carey''s top performers. To date, he has completed over 400 sale or lease transactions for a combined value in excess of $445 million dollars. He has established long-term relationships with his clients and provides real estate services they appreciate.
John handles a variety of commercial property sales and exchanges for his clients. Many of his investment sales have been single-tenant-net-leased properties where he has handled the formation and management of several ongoing joint venture, tenant-in-common and limited liability company entities.
He is a graduate of Brigham Young University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Finance and has broad experience in the real estate field. John’s resume includes work experience with a residential developer; a property management company; and a foreclosure company. With this experience he has brought valuable analytical tools and perspective to Cornish & Carey Commercial which have allowed him to better serve his clients.
John and his wife have four children and reside in El Dorado Hills, California.
