John Cranias has resided in Central Florida for over 30 years, originally a transplant from the suburbs of Detroit, Michigan. Original receiving his Florida real estate license in 1982 and is going on his 4th year with JR Kroll Realty. John previously spent 20 years as one of Central Florida top producing Mortgage Brokers. In addition he brings a multitude of entrepreneurial experiences such as; investment properties, rental properties, commercial real estate, and 20+ years restaurant owner.
In his free time he is an avid hockey player and was once a well known coach through out the RDV Ice Den and YMCA during his two sons youth hockey careers. Recently he has gotten bit by the travel bug and is always planning his next worldly adventure. Most of all, John is passionate about spending time with his ever growing family of 6 siblings and 3 children of his own.
