John Coleman joined Graham & Company as a member of the Industrial Services group in 2006. He’s a lifetime member of the Commercial Real Estate Club of Excellence, and has earned the Specialist in Industrial Real Estate designation (SIOR). With his depth and breadth experience, John’s knowledge and expertise in the sale and leasing of office & industrial buildings enable him to advise his clients, and to then execute a real estate strategy on their behalf.
John specilizes in tenant representation services, as well as disposition of property. His longtime involvement in the tenant representation market locally, and throughout the region, has served him well in negotiating a broad range warehouse space requirements, including relocations, renewals and expansions — both for tenants and landlords.
