Bio
As Leasing Director, John is responsible for the marketing and leasing of several Fidelis’ retail commercial real estate assets, including one of the largest shopping centers in Houston. In addition to Texas, he is responsible for properties in several other states including Minnesota, Illinois, and Wisconsin. He started his career as an intern at the newly formed Fidelis in the summer of 2003. After a brief hiatus to continue his pursuit of a finance degree from Texas A&M University, as well as an opportunity to work overseas, he returned to Fidelis in 2005 and has been an integral part of the leasing team ever since.
John earned his degree in Finance from Texas A&M. He is an active member of ICSC. A born and bred Houstonian, John attended Lamar High School and now resides in the Energy Corridor with his wife and two children. When John is not attending his children's ever-growing list of activities, he enjoys watching Houston and A&M games, playing golf, spending time outdoors, cooking, and traveling.
