John joined Southeast Venture in 2001. Specializing in representing owners and tenants of commercial property looking to Buy and Sell, John stays abreast of all types of commercial properties for sale both on-market and off-market within the Middle Tennessee and Southern Kentucky markets. In today’s environment of high prices and limited availability, projects often require depth of knowledge and focus to achieve the best results. Whether working with a chain restaurant franchisee, retiring property owner, or relocating corporate client, John has a reputation for creative match-making and producing results. Experienced in educating and assisting small businesses owners as well as preparing reports and packages for large corporate clients.
For more than 30 years, John has been involved in the complete life cycle of commercial real estate from site selection, land planning, construction and development, to investment sales and exit strategy. Specializing in Retail and Medical Office projects, John has represented Buyers, Sellers, Developers, Tenants, and Investors of commercial property. Ten of those twenty-five years were at corporate headquarters of some of the fastest growing retail chains. With that experience and an MBA from Vanderbilt, John can manage complex transactions, resolve problems, and guide commercial projects to a successful completion for his clients.
