John has been involved with the disposition of investment properties, comprehensive mixed-use development sites, master-planned communities and industrial parks across Metro Vancouver and South Western British Columbia. Known for his dedication to clients and attention to detail, he has worked extensively with vendors that require a representative that has a deep understanding of the underwriting and marketing of complex investment projects and multi-year master-planned development opportunities. His relationships in the real estate development and investment communities and his valuation guidance has provided valuable insight to numerous public and private sector clients over the years.
John is an Executive Vice President in the Vancouver Office of Colliers International. He is a senior member of the brokerage group and has been associated with Colliers since 1990. John has acted for many of Vancouver’s leading firms including real estate investment and development companies, operating companies and government entities. John’s experience in the sale of investment and development assets and comprehensive mixed-use development and redevelopment properties serves his clients well in obtaining highest and best value for their real estate assets.
