In real estate since 1986, he was proud to be the youngest NY State Licensed Broker at age 19.<br><br>John previously worked on Wall Street for Merrill Lynch as a Fixed Income and Money Markets Salesperson for 10 years, starting as a business analyst. It instilled a set of principles that are ingrained in his DNA and have carried forward in real estate. They are Client Focus, Respect for the Individual, Teamwork, Responsible Citizenship, and most importantly, Integrity.<br><br>Part of an exceptional team of agents, the Carr-Falabella Team, John specializes in fine homes, new construction, residential and commercial real estate. His primary markets are Bayside, Flushing, Whitestone, Malba, Beechhurst, and Manhattan, however thanks to the reach and resources of Douglas Elliman, he draws on a network that spans Manhattan to Montauk, and internationally.<br><br>John knows and loves all the boroughs of NYC, as each has its own wonderful story and rich history; but Queens holds a special place in his heart. He grew up in Corona and has resided in Bayside since 1970. John holds a B.S. Degree in Finance with a minor in Business Administration from St. John’s University. A family man, John currently owns and lives in a two-family home in Flushing with his wife, two beautiful kids.
