Johanne holds her real estate broker license since 2009 and has acted as Account Director and Real Estate Transactions Manager where she had to offer real estate services such as sales programs, lease management and transactions for important corporate clients such as Air Liquide, Agropur collective (Natrel), Banque de développement du Canada (BDC), Bell Canada and its affiliated companies, Desjardins Group and Imperial Oil (Esso). Furthermore, Johanne oversaw everyday transaction management and relations with various internal and external speakers in the scope of consultation and outsourcing real estate services.
On top of her real estate brokerage training, Johanne bears certification in law and business administration. She has been responsible for the training of new real estate brokers for around 2 years and offered a course in Real Estate Law I to students as part of a real estate brokerage program.
Johanne has recently joined the NAI Terramont Commercial team as Administrative Director: her experience, her professionalism and her heightened sense of problem solving, as well as her organizational skills are some aspects that she has acquired in the past years.
