Joey is an Associate at CBRE Affordable Housing, where he specializes in the valuation and disposition of Section 42 and Section 8 multifamily assets nationwide. His primary concentration is to assist clients in making informed decisions on disposition, acquisition, and financing strategies. Since joining CBRE Affordable Housing in 2018, Joey served as a Financial Analyst for the Affordable Housing Investment Properties team, where he valued over 100 properties totaling $1.5 billion in value. Joey also served as a DSF Production Analyst where he screened affordable housing loans with the GSEs. Joey received his education in business administration with a concentration in finance from the University of Washington, Michael G. Foster School of Business.
