Joel White has been active in the commercial real estate market for over 25 years. Prior to working exclusively in commercial real estate, Joel, an MAI appraiser, owned Southwest Property Advisors, a commercial real estate appraisal and consulting firm. Through that experience Joel has gained highly specialized and unique skills which he brings to the SVN Investment team. Joel has a comprehensive understanding of complex property financial and investment analysis as well as unmatched knowledge of the New Mexico real estate market.
