Bio
Joel Hiser, Chief Executive Officer, is a highly respected and often-quoted industry leader. His broad-based experience encompasses billion dollar portfolios as well as development, asset management, merger and acquisition, disposition and financing of limited-service properties, full-service hotels and trophy assets.
Joel has held senior management positions with such companies as Hong Kong based Regal Hotels/Richfield Hospitality; Metric Partners, a wholly owned subsidiary of Metropolitan Life Insurance Company; and Outrigger Hotels and Resorts. He also was partner in charge of consulting with Pannell Kerr Forster-San Francisco and president of a development and management company.
He is a graduate of The School of Hospitality Business at Michigan State University and has an MBA degree from California State University at Hayward.
