Joseph Zona joined Newmark Knight Frank in 2007 as a principal, focusing on comprehensive tenant representation and client services. Mr. Zona represents national and international accounts including Computershare, Select Hotel Group, Eby-Brown and Allied World Assurance Company Ltd.
In the last year, Mr. Zona has focused on new business development and transaction advisory services. In that time, he has completed, or is currently engaged in, transactions totaling over 1 million square feet nationally.
Mr. Zona's current assignments include representing Fletcher Jones Imports/Mercedes Benz with a new downtown showroom and service center for 150,000 square feet in Chicago, a 73,000-square-foot assignment for Nestle Nutrition in New Jersey, a 35,000-square-foot relocation for Wolf Financial in Oakbrook and a 75,000-square-foot transaction for Nestle Health Science in Minnesota.
