Prior to joining Colliers, Mr. Sandner led the growth of two of the most successful local real estate services companies in Alabama. In order to better serve its many multi-market corporate clients, Mr. Sandner’s firm joined Colliers International in 2012. In 2013 the firm opened an office in Huntsville, Alabama.
Mr. Sandner specializes in tenant representation and has been involved in over $1 billion in real estate transactions over his career. Joe is recognized as the large deal expert in Birmingham and has completed numerous transactions in excess of 100,000 square feet. He is the qualifying broker for the Birmingham office and is licensed in Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana and Mississippi.
