Joseph Rosena was born and raised in Santa Clarita, California where he lived through high school until moving down to Orange County to attend Chapman University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a minor in Business Administration. Post graduation, Joseph got his start in real estate at the commercial real estate analytics firm AIR/Xceligent. While at AIR/Xceligent, Joseph covered the Orange County, Los Angeles, and Inland Empire markets’ office property and listing data. Wanting to get more involved in individual properties and projects, Joseph attained his real estate license and he specializes in the leasing and sale of office and industrial properties in the Orange County market.
