Joe R. Romero has more than 25 years of experience in all aspects of commercial real estate, and specializes in multifamily, land and investment brokerage. Joe’s experience extends beyond the Albuquerque market into the Mega-Mountain Region, where he has distinguished himself as a true industry leader.
Joe is particularly adept with Section 1031 of the Internal Revenue Code tax-deferred exchanges, which enhances buyers’ earnings and investment potential. Out-of-state investors find Joe’s expertise to be invaluable.
Joe attended the University of New Mexico, where he studied political science. After graduating in 1993, Joe immediately jumped into commercial real estate.
