Joe has extensive experience with both public and private developers and owners, and a deep understanding of a wide spectrum of property types including office, industrial, medical and land. To date, he has led leasing efforts for over 60 properties totaling close to 7 million square feet and $200 million in gross revenues. His experience includes landlord and tenant representation, build to suit projects, dispositions, contract negotiations and market analysis.
