Joseph Penzone is the founder, principal, and Broker of Record for Penzone Realty, LLC, a full service real estate firm. Joe is licensed as a Broker in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Maryland. His responsibilities include business development, oversight of all brokerage activities, and serving Penzone Realty’s clients.
Joe’s professional experience spans over 20 years. His career began in architecture and then transitioned to real estate development with a large development firm in the suburbs of Philadelphia. During this time Joe also began investing in real estate and acquiring his own properties.
The real estate interactions he encountered, some good, some bad, inspired Joe to obtain his real estate license in order to streamline the process. A few years later, after helping others navigate the real estate market, Joe decided to found Penzone Realty. He recognized he could help others avoid the pitfalls and pain of real estate done poorly. So with the simple mission – to do real estate well with integrity and honesty – he’s built a team that shares his philosophy.
