Joe McCarthy, an Englewood resident for over 32 years, has been hooked on Real Estate from an early age of 18 when he bought his first property. Shortly thereafter, he received his Real License and within a short time he worked towards his Brokers license. He has owned multiple Real Estate franchise offices but now enjoys his position as a Broker Associate helping people with their real estate goals. Joe McCarthy has been a multi-million-dollar producer between his own personal sales and the deals he has overseen for hundreds of satisfied customers.
A full-time Realtor, and having 20+ years of experience, Joe McCarthy believes that the best work comes out of passion for what he does, and Joe loves what he does. He is dedicated to customer service and firmly believes it is his job to make buying and selling as less stressful as possible. His goal is to navigate his customers with superior service that extends beyond expectation for a pleasurable real estate experience – to make the extraordinary look routine
Also, Joe takes a great deal of pride in his community where he has been a Rotarian for 20 years (with perfect attendance). He has held several positions and headed many committees with his local Board of Realtors including Ethics & Professional Standards.
Besides Real Estate, Joe enjoys spending time with his wife, Michelle, travelling, boating, snorkeling his 3 grown Sons and his 3 grandchildren.
