Established and licensed in 2002, I've been operating my full time real estate business for over 20 years. I grew up in a family business in a small town in western New York so I know what it means to be accountable and provide good customer service.
I am affiliated with one of the largest real estate brokerages in the area, Charles Rutenberg Realty, Inc. I offer full service representation to both buyers and sellers. As a buyer's agent, I'll help you locate the property you are looking for, negotiate a purchase contract, assist through the closing and my fees are usually paid by the seller. As a seller's agent, I will give you an estimate of your homes market value, list your home, negotiate offers and hold your hand through the closing.
