Joe has been in commercial real estate for over 38 years, specializing in leasing, sales, and management of automotive, industrial and retail properties in both Ventura and Los Angeles County. Joe is past president and CEO of Concord Commercial Brokerage, sister company of Westcord Commercial Group since 1992. He founded CCB in 1989, prior to joining the Westcord organization and managed the day-to-day business of the Van Nuys branch until January of 2001. He presently operates as an associate broker for the Westlake Village branch of Westcord Commercial Group, focusing on properties along Thousand Oaks Boulevard.
Joe has handled hundreds of leasing and sales transactions with an aggregate value of over $ 1 Billion dollars, achieving sales awards such as “Salesman of the Year” and “Top Producer” on a regular basis.
Joe has been a local resident since January of 1980 when he first moved to the Thousand Oaks area from Miami, Florida.
