A CENTURION® level producer recognized for outstanding Quality Service, Joe has been successfully assisting Buyers and Sellers with their life-changing purchases and sales of property since 1988. Currently a director and past president of the EAST CENTRAL BOARD OF REALTORS®, Joe has remained involved with the Connecticut Association of REALTORS®, having served as a vice president and actively participated in the Legislative Committee.
Joe has been recognized by CENTURY 21 Connecticut Realty Associates on numerous occasions and has been inducted into the prestigious CENTURION® Hall of Fame. Always on the cutting edge of issues and topics affecting the rights of Buyers and Sellers, Joe attends legislative hearings, REALTORS® at the Capitol and is currently on the Board of Trustees of RPAC®.
An active member, current vice president and past president of the Hebron Lions Club, Joe has been elected a Lions Melvin Jones Fellow and a Knight of the Blind for his years of community service. A past member of the Hebron Boards of Selectmen, Finance and Recreation, Joe is well-versed in local issues. He also served as president of the Hebron Business and Professional Association.
Joe has gained expertise in the special needs of over 55 Buyers and Sellers as a member of the Loveland Hills sales team, as well as serving on the Loveland Farms sales team providing leadership in these Planned Residential Developments.
Global relocation activity has increased in the Greater Hartford area, and Joe has earned the designations of Certified Network Advantage Specialist® and MoversAdvantage® Specialist. Assisting in global relocation involving both Buyers and Sellers has widened the horizons and opportunities for local clients.
Joe assists with Habitat for Humanity, serves AHM Youth Services on the golf tournament committee and is a member of Tallwood Men’s Club. An avid golfer, Joe recently hit his first hole-in-one.
