Mr. Kappler began his career in commercial real estate in 2006, focusing in the sales and leasing of office and flex properties. Mr. Kappler became a Partner at Macadam Forbes, Inc. in June of 2011. The majority of these transactions have occurred in Southwest Portland and the Gateway area. In addition to landlord representation, Mr. Kappler is very active in representing Tenants in the Portland metro area.
