Along with a decade in real estate engaging in both residential and commercial transactions, Joe is equipped with over 10 years of experience with mortgages and investments having worked at a major bank as well as other financial institutions. Joe has a Financial Planning Designation, holds his Life and Critical Illness Insurance Licence and was educated at McMaster University, earning a BA in Economics and minoring in Business and Labour Studies.
Joe also grew up with a construction family background, working various trades throughout the summers. Spring breaks and reading weeks were spent working with family to learn about building and home development. With real estate being an integral part of a financial portfolio, Joe intends on building solid, long term relationships with clients and working with them over the years to build their financial wealth.
