Joe Houseman is a Property Manager at Wellington Management, Inc. (WMI). He manages space in nine retail and office properties located in Minneapolis and the northwest and southwest metro area. Prior to joining WMI in 2014, Joe was a property and real estate manager in the Twin Cities and Madison, Wisconsin. Joe also served as a program director for a nonprofit sustainable resources agency dedicated to creating and maintaining pollution-free and energy efficient homes in the Twin Cities. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Madison, Joe earned a B.A. in both Real Estate and Marketing. Joe currently tutors in the after-school program of a local nonprofit.
