Joe Ferrier is married to his wife Diane and has four children. He has over 27 years of experience in the real estate business and has been a licensed broker for over 17 years. He has a variety of commission programs as Low as 3% that save both buyers and sellers money. He is a licensed builder with experience with mold removal, repair, and all forms of building construction, as well as being C.E.O. of several companies.
