Joe brings over twenty years of commercial real estate experience to buyers and sellers of investment real estate in Kansas City. Starting his career at Block & Company in 1996 as a retail leasing agent, Joe quickly grew his responsibilities from leasing to office development and eventually investment sales focusing on Apartments. Joe formed his own company, Nova Realty in 2000 brokering investment sales and site acquisition for a regional automotive care company. In addition to operating his own company, Joe worked in office leasing and investment sales for the Charles Dunn Company in Newport Beach, California. Joe returned to Block & Company in early 2007 to focus on multifamily brokerage, assisting investor’s in both the acquisition and disposition of multifamily assets in the Kansas City region and nationwide. Now licensed with Platinum Commercial out of Overland Park, Kansas, Joe continues his assistance to buyers and sellers of investment properties in the Kansas City region.
Joe also gives his time to civic activities in the Kansas City area including formerly serving on the Board of Directors of the Native Sons of Kansas City and as committee member for the “Walk for Diabetes” with the American Diabetes Association of Greater Kansas City.
