Joe Davis is a Senior Transaction Manager in CBRE Chicago’s Advisory & Transaction Services group, joining the firm after the 2014 acquisition of U.S. Equities Realty. Joe advises corporations, professional service firms, startups and not-for-profit organizations on all matters relating to commercial real estate including lease negotiations, lease restructures, office relocations, buy versus lease decisions and space efficiency analyses.
Prior to joining U.S. Equities Realty, Joe was an Associate in the tenant representation group at NAI Hiffman, where he represented companies in lease renewals, contractions, dispositions and office relocations. Joe also gained in-depth knowledge of the commercial real estate industry by managing properties for Cushman & Wakefield and CBRE. Early in his career, Joe worked on the management teams of two prestigious downtown office buildings and later as part of a team overseeing a portfolio of 2.6 million square feet of real estate throughout the Chicago area.
