As a Tenant representative, Mr. Coleman assists a broad range of clients across the Washington, DC metropolitan area in addressing their real estate needs. His client list includes Fortune 500 companies, not-for-profit groups, and local companies. For each client, Mr. Coleman develops and executes a comprehensive strategy catered to each real estate need. His unwavering focus is the best interest of his clients, helping them achieve the most optimal solutions based on their individually defined needs. As a Landlord representative, Mr. Coleman assists his clients in the marketing of their assets, and is actively involved in the repositioning and releasing efforts of several office buildings in downtown Washington, DC. Mr. Coleman delivers value to his clients through his vast market knowledge and meticulous reporting. He consistently strives to exceed his client’s expectations at every opportunity. Prior to joining CBRE in 2006, Mr. Coleman worked for Grubb & Ellis Company where he began his career in 2003. His professional experience includes his work as a research analyst, and as a member of Grubb & Ellis’ Government Services Group.
