Two years out of residency, I decided to start my own medical practice. I began by looking for an office space and called the number on the sign (one of many mistakes) and negotiated my first lease. Little did I know, I was talking to an agent who was working for the landlord and not for me.
Since then I have negotiated many leases and I realize now how much money I left on the table and how important it is to have professional representation when it comes to your commercial real estate.
After years of learning things the hard way, I wanted to help doctors avoid making the same costly mistakes I did and that’s when I found CARR.
