Joe Barilla oversees leasing for all varieties of retail properties, including enclosed malls, mixed-use lifestyle centers, strip centers, and pads. In leasing opportunities, he handles all classifications of retail, from anchors to small shops, including restaurants.
Prior to joining Heritage Partners in 2007, Joe held leasing positions at leading retail developers,including Simon Property Group, The Shopco Group, and The Pyramid Companies. Since starting his career in leasing thirty-six years ago, Joe has worked on properties from Vermont to Texas, and his portfolio of closed transactions runs the gamut from Gucci to Gap, LA Fitness to Nike.
