Jody Minder joined Block and Company in 2004 specializing in the leasing and sales of retail properties and tenant representation. Jody has over 10 years of commercial real estate experience, where she has successfully represented numerous local/national tenants and landlords throughout the greater Kansas City area. Jody began her real estate career in 1997 as a commercial real estate appraiser for Cushman & Wakefield in Chicago. She moved to Kansas City in 1998 and joined Grubb & Ellis/The Winbury Group as a sales associate focusing on tenant and landlord representation for retail properties. She continued specializing in retail when she joined CB Richard Ellis in 2001, where she was responsible for the leasing of over one million square feet of retail shopping center space. She also represented several investors and tenants. Jody received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, with a concentration in Real Estate, from the University of Illinois at Champaign/Urbana. She is a licensed real estate broker in Missouri and Kansas. She is also a member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and pursuing her Certified Commercial Investment Member designation (CCIM). Jody resides in Kansas City, Missouri with her husband Wes and three sons.
