Since 1987, Jocelyn Jamias has been involved in the financing, underwriting and credit analysis of Commercial Real Estate with particular emphasis on Apartments. She began her career working for Sanwa Bank as a Foreign Currency Trader in the Treasury Finance Group then as a Financial Analyst in their Real Estate Industries Division. From 1992 to 2001 she held positions as an Apartment Loan Originator, Underwriter and Asset Manager for Bay View Federal Bank’s Real Estate Industries Group. Then she worked as a Senior Credit Officer for Home Savings’ Multifamily Loans Department, and later as an Assistant Vice President for KeyBank’s Construction Loan Department. Her finance background led to a position as a Project Manager for Jay Paul Company, a local real estate developer of Office/R&D product. She assisted in the financing of 3 large office developments: Pacific Shores Center in Redwood City (a 1.7 million sq. ft. Office / R&D development), Moffett Park in Sunnyvale (a 715k sq. ft. Office / R&D development) and Whisman Road in Mountain View (a 167k sq. ft. Office / R&D development). In 2001 Jocelyn began her Commercial Real Estate Sales career at Marcus & Millichap. In 2005 she joined BT Commercial (now Cushman & Wakefield) and in 2013 she continued on with Kidder Mathews Commercial. Today, at KW Commercial, she continues to specialize in Investment Sales with a focus on Multi-Family Income Property Sales, Net Leased Investment Sales and 1031 Exchange transactions. You can count on 17 years of Multi-Family sales and customer service experience backed by 31 years of real estate finance and underwriting experience.
