Jocelyn Burmester serves Wyse Real Estate Advisors as an Associate Vice President and has been with the Oregon real estate company since 2005.
She manages retail, office and industrial properties throughout the Portland-Vancouver metro area and has been actively involved in many aspects of commercial real estate management including budgeting, leasing, tenant and capital improvements, dispositions and acquisition due diligence.
Burmester received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and endorsements in Marketing and Written English from Oregon State University. In addition, she is a licensed real estate broker in Oregon and Washington and is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). She is also a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and Commercial Association of Realtors (CAR).
