Ms. Shen joined Cushman & Wakefield’s Valuation & Advisory group in April of 2017. Her appraisal experience includes the valuation of office/R&D, retail, industrial, land, and multifamily properties in the San Francisco Bay Area, California.
She began her commercial real estate career as a Business Analyst at Sovereign Capital Management in San Diego in 2004 and went on to work for CBRE. While there, she started was a Research Analyst and moved to a Client Services Coordinator before becoming an Appraiser in April of 2013.
