Joanna has over 15 years of experience on the principal side and an impressive track record of over $2 billion in transactions. Leveraging her institutional knowledge, established relationships, and vast experience as a principal immediately sets her apart from the competition. Joanna specializes in retail and mixed-use, primarily focusing on shopping centers located within suburban markets of the Northeast. She has executed on a variety of different opportunities including JV partnerships, tax-efficient deal structures, partial interest acquisitions, and portfolio transactions. She has a tremendous track record for deal sourcing off-market.
