Joan Wayman has decades of real estate and business experience, both selling residential and commercial real estate and as a homeowner and an investor. She has an MBA from DePaul University, with a concentration in Real Estate Finance, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering Degree from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana. She also is an active member and Past-President for the Rotary Club of Darien and spearheaded the Food For Kids Program that serves weekend meals to food insecure school children. Real-estate is also a family business with her husband Jeff Wayman, their two kids Chris and Danielle, and their Havanese named Lexi. Joan loves to travel and loves all things culture and creative.
