Jo Ann "The Old Pro" was born and raised on her grandparents' farm and in a military (Navy) family on the east coast.<br /><br />Jo Ann attended and graduated from William & Mary College with a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, married an Army man and moved to the west coast in 1963 for her husband to run with the L.A. Track Team.<br /><br />Jo Ann worked as a computer consultant to many large firms for the next 18 years.<br /><br />Jo Ann Rodda was a former owner of Century 21 Bay area in Redondo Beach and Century 21 Sea Realty in Manhattan Beach before she choose to branch out on her own.<br /><br />Jo Ann's real estate experience began in 1967 when she began managing properties for herself and professionally in 1981 when she revitalized the companies property management and added a property maintenance department. Jo Ann continually updates and renovates her own income properties in order to draw in prime tenants and higher rents and can help you to do the same, she knows what tenants are looking for, and what they are not.<br /><br />Jo Ann Has held a Real Estate agents license since 1981 and a Brokers license since 1986.<br /><br />Jo Ann was ranked the 110th - Century 21 agent in the country in 1985 (out of more than 90,000 agents nationwide)<br /><br />Jo Ann has been honored to receive the Century 21 Centurion award.<br /><br />Jo Ann is an AARP member, a designated senior Real Estate Specialist, a CPS (Certified Probate Specialist), member of the South Bay Board of Realtors, the MLS and an active Realtor for over the past 30 years<br /><br />Jo Ann is an expert in difficult situations including: Partnerships, Divorce, Probate, Foreclosure, and Short sales. She once battled 4 lenders to stall a foreclosure in order to sell a property and help the seller meet his debts AND net money in his pocket. She has also held the IRS, Ca Franchise Tax Board, EDD, and Workers Comp at bay to help a client sell there home. She truly goes the extra mile to work for you the client. All listed properties receive a professional complementary floor plan for the property.<br /><br />Jo Ann has years of experience in helping customers buy & sell: condos, townhouses, apartment buildings, single family homes, land, and commercial property.<br /><br />Fun Fact: Jo Ann once sold a house using a vacant lot and a Porsche Sports car to make the deal work for both parties involved.
