She knows the community and it’s amenities with a depth that is impressive, having lived here since she moved to Florida as a teenager.
Jo-Ann has been involved with Lamar Design’s extensive design award-winning remodel programs that enable her to help clients visualize a property’s potential for dramatic improvement and has also been heavily involved in the building of new homes. Through her participating in her and her family's wide range of engagements with the community, she has many helpful contacts spanning the region. Jo-Ann’s ongoing volunteer and charity work brings her even more regional knowledge to help her clients with their needs.
