Before moving back to Seoul, South Korea, David Jinwoo Park majored in real estate and development in New York City and started his career in the real estate finance industry. He then went on to work at one of the largest global real estate firms, where he honed his skills to become a real estate professional and a global transaction advisor.
With close to 20 years of experience, David has been given the opportunity to consult on high-profile projects, ranging from individual properties to developing brand-new cities such as Songdo and Cheongra in Korea.
In 2013, David permanently returned to New York City, seamlessly integrating his experiences and networks in Korea into the New York real estate market. David is currently working with a handful of well-known Korean brands and a group of financial institutions, helping them gain the exposure they need to grow in the U.S. market and vice versa.
David is optimistic, indisputably reliable, and a natural leader by ensuring his clients and those who work alongside him succeed. He specializes in commercial real estate; his strengths include but are not limited to investment sales, debt service, commercial leasing, and redevelopment. David has built many connections in New York City's residential market and has gained proficiency in the luxury space. David has completed over $830 million in commercial, debt, and residential transactions.
David has also served in the Korean military. In his time off, David enjoys being with his family and playing golf. He is fluent in Korean.
