Jimmy Ishay is a Managing Consultant with WeWork Space Services where he advises technology companies, professional services firms, and not-for-profit organizations on their office leasing portfolios. Prior to WeWork, Jimmy was Head of Leasing and Management at Gotham Realty where he was directly responsible for business development, tenant representation, and landlord representation. Over his career, Jimmy has maintained a leasing portfolio of over 1.5 million square feet and closed lease transactions amounting to more than 750,000 square feet and $25 million in value Jimmy. Jimmy earned his bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting from Brooklyn College.
