Mr. Beloff, Director, Institutional Services, is responsible for developing and servicing Intercontinental’s client and consultant relationships with a primary focus on Taft-Hartley and Public funds. Mr. Beloff has over 25 years of experience in both the Taft-Hartley and Public fund market and has previously been recognized as the Taft-Hartley U.S. Marketer of the Year.
Prior to joining Intercontinental in 2014, Mr. Beloff worked as a marketer, client service contact, and consultant to institutional asset management firms, primarily in the Taft Hartley and Public Fund sector. Mr. Beloff volunteers for a number of charities around the country.
Mr. Beloff earned his degree in English with a minor in Philosophy from the University of North Dakota.
