PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Jimena Sayavedra joined Newmark Knight Frank in 2019 as an associate with the industrial group in Chicago, where she advises clients on acquisitions, dispositions, leases, build-to-suits and investment properties.
Prior to NKF, Ms. Sayavedra served as an associate advisor with Paine Wetzel and Associates in the sale and leasing of industrial properties. During her previous career as an urban planner, Ms. Sayavedra worked as a project manager for Stanhope Consulting, a boutique firm specializing in providing public engagement and community outreach services. She also held various consulting roles in Chicago and in External Relations at Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning (CMAP), where she gained extensive experience in regional planning, GIS, demographic and market analysis.

Education
Ms. Sayavedra earned a master's degree in urban planning and policy with a specialization in economic development from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Buenos Aires in Argentina. She is a fluent speaker of both English and Spanish.
