Jim Szabo is the Vice Chairman of Capital Markets for CBRE. Jim and his partner, Tony Quattrin, manage the Vancouver National Investment Team, a powerhouse group of 14 highly qualified and high-performing real estate professionals. Mr. Szabo has over 36 years of experience in the investment real estate business, focusing on major investment grade properties and major development sites across Western Canada. Mr. Szabo is renowned for achieving market-leading pricing and setting record milestones that are continuously recognized by the commercial real estate industry in Vancouver and across Canada.
A Founding member of CB Commercial Canada, Mr. Szabo was one of the original shareholders in the company and is also a past Board Member of CBRE Limited.
