Jim Sulentic's family history goes back almost one hundred years in the Cedar Valley, dating back to when his grandfather started a business that would later become Waterloo Industries, the largest manufacture of toolboxes in the world.. Jim grew up in Cedar Falls, attended NU High, and went to college at the University of Iowa. He started working at Nooren Commercial Group in 2001 where he became a key part in the business and was promoted to vice president in his second year with the company. Jim is an active investor of all kinds of commercial properties in the Cedar Valley.
In May 2008, Jim Sulentic along with Chris Fischels, bought out the business he worked for. The two then formed their own commercial company keeping all former agents and their real estate listings.
As president and broker, Jim offers strong community ties and background, incomparable knowledge of the Cedar Valley, and a great reputation of hard work.
In 2010 Jim was invited to join two of the strongest business associations and driving forces in the Cedar Valley: Waterloo Industrial Development Association (WIDA) and the Greater Cedar Valley Alliance.
