Jim Pappas began investing in real estate in 1980, while opening his first business: World Wide Travel. Jim sold WWT, with over 90 employees to a billion dollar company, and has been a Full-time licensed Realtor for over 20 years, having sold 1000’s of homes and winning many prestigious National Awards including Chairman Diamond Award with both Berkshire Hathaway & Lang Realty for many years top 1/2% of Realtors in the Nation.
Jim’s practice has expanded to include teams in Pennsylvania and Florida, servicing clients from around the world through widely different conditions. Jim has experience in every price range in a variety of markets and economic cycles. Jim’s customers know that when they need it, his expertise, experience & negotiation skills will be there.
