Working with such notable clients as DuPont, AT&T, Goodyear and Whirlpool, James has successfully integrated site analysis, government incentives, design and construction. He is an active member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), the Greater Columbus Chamber of Commerce and other associations.
