Mr. McHale is an Associate in the Cleveland Office of Marcus & Millichap, specializing in the sale of Office and Industrial Properties. He is a member of the National Office and Industrial Practice Group. Mr. McHale has an extensive background in the Acquisition and Disposition of Office and Industrial Properties from both the Ownership side and the Brokerage side. He has been involved in the Acquisition of over $200 Million worth of Office and Industrial Properties, and has been involved in over 200,000 Square Feet of Office and Industrial Development. He has also been involved in financing and refinancing projects totaling over $300 Million. Mr. McHale has worked with both local and institutional owners, has exclusively represented buyers completing section 1031 tax deferred exchange transactions, and has been involved in substantial build to suit and build to lease transactions.
