Jim completed his undergraduate studies in marketing at John Carroll University in Cleveland, Ohio, and received his MBA in management from Cleveland State University. His eighteen years of banking experience provides him with a well-rounded financial background and experience in organizational planning and marketing skills. Jim’s introduction to real estate came in 1988 when he joined a friend in residential land development to market new, upscale subdivision lots and architectural services to home builders and individuals. After obtaining a real estate license in 1989, Jim began to focus his marketing and management skills on real estate and obtained the distinction of Columbus Board of Realtor’s $1 million club in 1991, $5 million club in 1994, $10 million club in 1998 and $25 million club in 1999
