Jim Hwang is a licensed commercial real estate agent and developer in the Greater Los Angeles area and he founded the Hwang Collective in 2018 to officially bring his expertise and representation services to property owner’s throughout the region.
As a Southern California native, Jim Hwang and his family have been involved with premier property representation and development for over 4 decades. Their intimate knowledge of many of the elite neighborhoods of Los Angeles from Beverly Hills to Santa Monica to Pasadena to Long Beach, position the Hwang Collective to properly consult clientele with advice, guidance and transactional services.
Having also been involved in retail, multi-family and manufacturing enterprises, the Hwang Collective understands the importance of connecting all of the properties under their guidance with the correct occupant. Their job is not done until property - market fit is achieved.
