Jim is a second generation Realtor and retired Army Lieutenant Colonel. Licensed since 1978, Jim is the president and principal broker of Apex Ventures Inc. Jim has worked on several different Realtor committees and has filled all officer positions for the local National Association of Residential Property Managers chapter, as well as serving as a city councilman. Jim currently serves on the local Realtor legislative committee and as the chair of the government affairs committee for the Nashville National Association of Residential Property Managers chapter.
